Georgia ranks No. 5 around the national courtesy scale
Does cursing cause you to feel better? You might like to proceed to Ohio.
Research of the very most profane states found the Buckeye Condition tops their email list on most prone to curse-adopted by Maryland, Nj, Louisiana, and Illinois. Residents of Washington, Massachusetts, Arizona, Texas, and Virginia are least prone to let decide on a four-letter word. Georgia only helps make the “occasionally profane” category.
Together with cursing, the Marchex Institute study looked at most and least respectful states. We made the top five of residents probably to state “Please” and “Thank You.” Sc isn’t any. 1, adopted by New York, Maryland, Louisiana, and Georgia. Around the rudeness scale, congratulations Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Indiana, Tennessee, and…Ohio.
May want to avoid Ohio: probably the most profane and also the most rude.
(Personal aside: Like a native Cincinnatian, I do not find my fellow Ohioans extraordinarily rude or profane. They’re great people.)
